How do I fulfill myself?

I am more than the sum of the woman

That runs through all of my being and

Along with my femininity I also have strength,

No contradiction in terms

Don’t say I’m delicate

Because when I am it’s only for you,

Don’t say I’m any less of a fighter

Than men

It’s a given talent I’ve discovered and proved,

And I love it about myself

I’m brave, I’m fast and I’m sharp minded

And there will always be someone stronger so

Don’t define your masculinity at my expense

Because I do not aim to be superior,

I just want to be complete

Age

Youth and beauty are worth missing

For what you once had

And now may have changed,

But the experience and wisdom

With time gained,

Brighten your face and your smile

With an inner sunlight,

That wakes my soul

Eye of the beholder

I may not be beautiful,

But I have my beauty –

If you can see

I may not be the brightest,

But I have my wisdom –

This you should, see.

I can love unconditionally

I can be compassionate

I am good at heart

But still, if none of this is in your sight

Then you’re not the one for me
